Home Information Packs
We work closely with all solicitors in the preparation of Home Information Packs. We also have the facility within TEAM and myhomeinformationpack.com to provide HIPs efficiently and cost effectively at great speed and online.
A typical Home Information Pack includes:
- an Energy Performance Certificate and report grading the energy efficiency of the property
- local authority Searches which must be no older than 3 months at first point of marketing
- evidence of legal title. In the case of registered land an official copy of the land registry entries
- a Sales Statement setting out the basic terms of sale
- a Property Information Questionnaire/Index of Contents
